ZIONSVILLE, Ind. (WTHR) – Tyler Mantel never imagined he’d be designing hospital ventilators. But people’s lives, he says, are at stake. “As a team of roboticists, it seemed like an area where we could very easily get involved,” he said. It’s a non-profit organization created just a few weeks ago whose members are working around the clock to help solve an anticipated ventilator shortage.
